After sending your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
from me (or a fax upon request) regarding delivery date, cost, etc.

Delivery of your text in English normally follows by e-mail (or by fax or
post upon request). For invoice purposes, please also indicate your
postal address.

Payment: Customers from Germany, Switzerland and EU Countries
After delivery of your text in English, you will receive an invoice (in DEM) by post.
Invoices are to be paid in full by bank transfer, international money order or BTX
within 14 days.
